Questions

Where does this come from?

From the NHS website's Find a dentist service, where each practice says whether it is taking new NHS patients and for whom. We read it for all of England every hour.

Are you the NHS?

No. Dentist Radar is independent and not endorsed by the NHS. We don't charge for NHS information: every status is free to see here and on the NHS website. The Instant Pass pays for faster alerts.

What should I do when I get an alert?

Phone the practice as soon as you can and ask to join as a new NHS patient. Places can go quickly.

I'm in pain now

Call NHS 111 or use 111.nhs.uk. You can get urgent dental care without being registered with a dentist.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, if something went wrong write to us within 14 days.
